工业轴封加热器多级水封对经济性的影响分析及改造价值

摘　　要：多级水封是工业中轴封加热器常用的疏水装置,因轴加多级水封直接与凝汽器相连,故其严密性会影响凝汽器的真空,影响整个工业机组的经济性。在真空系统在线查漏过程中发现轴加多级水封内水柱有效高度不足,造成轴封加热器内的空气漏入凝汽器。通过对系统进行改造,解决了轴加多级水封内水柱有效高度不足、凝汽器真空低等问题,提高了机组经济性,实现了改造价值。Multi stage water seal is a commonly used drainage device for shaft seal heaters in industry.As the shaft is directly connected to the condenser with multi stage water seal,its tightness will affect the vacuum of the condenser,thereby affecting the economy of the entire industrial unit.During the online leak detection process of the vacuum system,it was found that the effective height of the water column in the multi-stage water seal of the shaft was insufficient,which led to air leakage into the condenser in the shaft seal heater.By renovating the system,problems such as insufficient effective height of the water column in the multi-stage water seal of the shaft and low vacuum in the condenser were solved,improving the economic efficiency of the unit and realizing the value of the renovation.
