摘  要:为了进一步提高热电联产机组在冬季供暖期间的经济性,提高供热机组的供热能力,加强节能减排效果,在现有热电联产机组装机容量基础上,对汽轮机进行高背压循环水供热节能改造。介绍机组情况、改造原则和改造范围;对比改造前后额定负荷和负荷105 MW两种情况下的技术参数;分析改造后的节能减排效益。分析认为,汽轮机高背压循环水供热改造不仅具有良好的经济效益,还具有节能和环保的社会效益,更会对企业的可持续发展产生积极影响和促进作用。In order to further improve the economy of the cogeneration unit during the winter heating period,increase the heating capacity of the heating unit,and strengthen the energy saving and emission reduction effect,the turbine is retrofitted with high back pressure circulating water heating energy saving on the basis of the installed capacity of the existing cogeneration unit.It introduces the situation of the unit,the retrofit principle and the scope of the retrofit;then compares the technical parameters before and after the retrofit for both the rated load and the load of 105 MW;and finally analyses the energy-saving and emission reduction benefits after the retrofit.It is analysed that the steam turbine high back pressure circulating water heating renovation not only has good economic benefits,but also has the social benefits of energy saving and environmental protection,and moreover,it will have a positive impact on and promote the sustainable development of the enterprise.
