摘 要:新能源风电制造企业作为风电开发产业中游支柱,其经营效率水平决定着企业市场竞争力和行业发展能力。采用三阶段DEA模型,选取我国代表性新能源风电制造企业,以其2020—2022年的投入产出数据,通过对外部环境要素影响的修正,比较修正前后各企业多年的综合效率、规模效率和技术效率的差异,进而判别指标的DEA有效与不足,以此对研究对象有针对性地提出不同的提升与改进建议,提高我国新能源风电制造企业的市场竞争力,促进行业的健康可持续发展。New energy wind power manufacturing enterprises,as the midstream pillar of the wind power development industry,determine their market competitiveness and industry development ability by their level of operational efficiency.Adopting the three-stage DEA model,China's representative new energy wind power manufacturing enterprises are selected,and their input and output data from 2020 to 2022 are used to compare the differences in the comprehensive efficiency,scale efficiency and technical efficiency of each enterprise before and affer the correction through the correction of the influence of external environmental factors,and then to identify the effective and insufficient DEA indicators,so as to make diferent proposals to improve and improve the efficiency of each enterprise in the target of the study.Targeted to put forward diferent enhancement and improvement suggestions to improve the market competitiveness of China's new energy wind power manufacturing enterprises,and promote the healthy and sustainable development of the industry.
