摘 要:利用绝缘包覆处理后的Fe-Cr-Si-B非晶合金和羰基铁粉制备了复合磁心。软磁性能测试结果显示,其在1 MHz处有效磁导率为12.8;开展目标感值为2.0μH、6 mm×6 mm×3 mm典型规格一体成型电感设计研究,利用电磁仿真软件ANSYS Maxwell建立电感模型并进行了电磁特性仿真分析,获得优化的线圈结构参数,在线圈直径D=3 mm、匝数N=8.5时可实现感值2.09μH、饱和电流约20 A;根据设计参数制作了一体成型电感样品,实测性能指标与仿真结果较为接近。The composite magnetic core was prepared using the Fe-Cr-Si-B amorphous alloy and carbonyl iron powders after insulation coating treatment.The dynamic magnetic performance results show that the effective magnetic permeability at 1 MHz is 12.8.Furthermore,a typical molding inductor with inductance value of 2.0μH,and physical dimensions of 6 mm×6 mm×3 mm were designed and fabricated.The target inductor were modeling and its electromagnetic characteristics were analyzed in detail using simulation software ANSYS Maxwell.As a result,the optimized coil structure parameters are as follows:when the coil diameter D=3 mm,the number of turns N=8.5,the inductance value is 2.09μH,and the saturation current is near to 20 A.According to the design parameters,the molding inductor was fabricated,and its measured performances verify the simulation results well.
