摘 要:针对单筒或单盘式磁流变离合器传递转矩较小、温升引起磁流变液流变性能下降后传动性能降低等问题,基于功能转换理论提出形状记忆合金与磁流变液联合传动方法,利用励磁线圈通电产生的热量和磁流变液滑差产生的热量,使形状记忆合金弹簧轴向挤压工作腔中的磁流变液产生挤压强化效应,设计了形状记忆合金挤压的筒盘式磁流变离合器。基于磁流变液的流变效应和挤压强化效应,推导了离合器传递转矩计算公式。结果表明,在输入电流为3 A下,筒盘式离合器传递的转矩比单筒式离合器传递转矩提升了27.45%,受挤压力作用的筒盘式离合器比未受挤压力作用的离合器传递转矩提升了16.96%。Aiming at the problems of small transmission torque of single cylinder or single disk magnetorheological clutch and transmission performance degradation after magnetorheological fluid rheological performance degradation caused by temperature rise,a combined transmission method of shape memory alloy and magnetorheological fluid is proposed based on the function conversion theory.The heat generated by energizing the excitation coil and the slip of magnetorheological fluid is used to make the shape memory alloy spring axially extrude the magnetorheological fluid in the working chamber to produce extrusion strengthening effect,A cylindrical disc magnetorheological clutch extruded by shape memory alloy was designed.Based on the rheological effect and extrusion strengthening effect of magnetorheological fluid,the calculation formula of its transfer torque is derived.The results show that under the input current of 3A,the torque transmitted by the drum-disk clutch is 27.45%higher than that of the single-drum clutch,the disc clutch transmits 16.96%more torque than the clutch without the squeeze force.
