摘  要:以Ni_(0.6)Zn_(0.4)Nd_(0.01)Sn_(0.01)Mn_(0.01)Fe_(1.95)O_(4)(NiZn)旋磁铁氧体材料为内芯、0.85(Mg_(0.7)Zn_(0.3))TiO_(3)-0.15Ca_(0.8)Sm_(0.4/3)TiO_(3)(MCT)微波陶瓷为外环,采用一步共烧法制备了环行器/隔离器用钛酸镁钙-镍锌MCT-NiZn异质复合基板。首先将NiZn粉料压制成圆柱体,作为复合基板的内芯;将MCT粉料压制成环形柱体,作为基板的外环,将内芯NiZn和外环MCT的生坯组装,并在特定温度下直接一步共烧,获得MCT-NiZn异质复合基板。研究了共烧温度对复合基板的相组成、微观组织、剪切强度的影响。此外,还研究了复合基板直接共烧结后过渡区的结构与性能。结果表明,NiZn-MCT复合基板之间发生了界面反应,在过渡区形成了新相Mg_(2)TiO_(4),复合基板的最佳共烧温度为1260℃。此外,复合材料具有高剪切强度,达到57.45 MPa。综上,采用一步共烧法制备MCT-NiZn复合基板是一种具有广阔应用前景的复合材料。MCT-NiZn heterogeneous composite substrates for circulator/isolator were prepared by one-step co-firing method.Co-firing composite substrate to Ni_(0.6)Zn_(0.4)Nd_(0.01)Sn_(0.01)Mn_(0.01)Fe_(1.95)O_(4)ferrite materials for filling,0.85(Mg_(0.7)Zn_(0.3))TiO_(3)-0.15Ca_(0.8)Sm_(0.4/3)TiO_(3)ceramics for outer ring.The NiZn powder was pressed into a cylinder as the inner core of the composite substrate,MCT powder is pressed into a ring cylinder as the outer ring of the substrate.The MCT-NiZn heterogeneous composite substrate was obtained by assembling the raw blanks of inner core NiZn and outer ring MCT and direct one-step co-firing at a specific temperature.The effects of co-firing temperature on the phase composition,microstructure and shear strength of composite substrate were investigated.In addition,the structure and properties of transition zone after direct cosintering of composite substrate are also studied.The results show that the optimum co-firing temperature of composite substrate is 1260℃.The interfacial reaction between NiZn and MCT occurred under co-firing,and a new phase Mg_(2)TiO_(4)was formed in the transition zone.In addition,the composite material has a high shear strength of 57.45 MPa.In conclusion,MCT-NiZn composite substrate prepared by direct co-firing method is a kind of composite material with broad application prospect.
