摘　　要：依据YIG调谐限幅滤波器的工作原理,设计了一款S波段限幅滤波器。对滤波器进行了连续波限幅特性和抗烧毁功率测试,在S波段下,滤波器的限幅电平大于5 dBm,常温下最大为8 dBm;连续波输入情况下,滤波器的限幅输出功率小于10 dBm,为6.5 dBm;滤波器的抗烧毁功率大于50 W连续波,当脉冲输入峰值功率从2 W到200 W范围内变化时,滤波器的输出脉冲峰值功率被限制在18.5 dBm内,起到了很好的限幅滤波作用。试验证明设计的S波段YIG限幅滤波器不仅宽频段可调,具有良好的滤波特性,对高功率输入信号限幅输出,用于接收系统前端可有效保护后续电路的安全。According to the working principle of YIG tuned limiting filter,this paper designs an S-band YIG limiting filter.The continuous wave limiting characteristics and anti-burning power test of the YIG limiting filter were carried out,the results shows that the limiting level of the filter is greater than 5 dBm in the S-band and 8 dBm at room temperature.In the case of continuous wave input,the limiting output power of the filter is less than 10 dBm,which is 6.5 dBm.The antiburnout power of the filter is greater than 50 W continuous wave,and when the pulse input peak power varies from 2 W to 200 W,the output pulse peak power of the filter is limited to 18.5 dBm,which plays a good limiting filtering role.Experiments show that the designed S-band YIG limiting filter not only has a wide frequency band adjustable,but also has good filtering characteristics,and can effectively protect the safety of subsequent circuits for the high-power input signal limiting output for the front end of the receiving system.
