丁腈密封涂料的粘接与贮存稳定性的研究

摘　　要：丁腈密封涂料是一种溶剂挥发型的单组分涂料,主要应用于飞机油箱区的防腐和密封。本研究从橡胶胶料、填料等几个方面考察了涂料的粘接和贮存稳定性,结果表明,体系中加入氢化丁腈橡胶作为橡胶胶料可以提高产品的贮存稳定性,但会降低产品的粘接性能;疏水性且堆积密度小的气相二氧化硅作为填料使用,产品贮存稳定性更好;采用乙酸乙酯和丁酮复配的混合溶剂比单一溶剂的贮存稳定性好,且对粘接性能无影响。NBR sealing coating is a solvent volatile one-component coating,which is mainly used for anticorrosion and sealing of aircraft fuel tank area.In this paper,the adhesive and storage stability of coating were investigated from several aspects,such as rubber compound and filler.The results show that the addition of HNBR as rubber compound in the system can improve the storage stability of products while might reduce its adhesion performance.A hydrophobic fumed silica with low bulk density is used as filler to enable better storage stability.The mixed solvent composed of ethyl acetate and butanone has better storage stability than the single solvent,and has no influence on the adhesive property.
