美托洛尔联合曲美他嗪治疗冠心病心力衰竭的疗效分析

摘　　要：目的分析美托洛尔联合曲美他嗪治疗冠心病心力衰竭患者的临床疗效。方法65例冠心病心力衰竭患者,按照随机数字表法分为对照组(32例)和实验组(33例)。对照组患者给予美托洛尔治疗,实验组患者给予美托洛尔联合曲美他嗪治疗。对比两组患者心功能改善情况及治疗效果。结果实验组左心室舒张末期内径(51.45±4.62)mm、左心室收缩末期内径(35.12±2.92)mm小于对照组的(58.32±5.46)、(42.84±3.76)mm,左心室射血分数(49.95±5.21)%大于对照组的(42.78±4.95)%,B型尿钠肽水平(219.57±11.65)pg/ml低于对照组的(262.53±9.98)pg/ml,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。实验组治疗总有效率90.91%显著高于对照组的68.75%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对冠心病心力衰竭患者采用美托洛尔联合曲美他嗪治疗,可有效改善患者心功能情况,整体疗效显著,在临床上可值得推广与借鉴。Objective To analyze the clinical efficacy of metoprolol combined with trimetazidine in the treatment of coronary heart disease and heart failure.Methods A total of 65 patients with coronary heart disease and heart failure were divided into a control group(32 cases)and an experimental group(33 cases)according to random numerical table.The control group was treated with metoprolol,and the experimental group was treated with metoprolol and trimetazidine.The improvement of cardiac function and the therapeutic effect were compared between the two groups.Results The left ventricular end-diastolic diameter of(51.45±4.62)mm and left ventricular end-systolic diameter of(35.12±2.92)mm in the experimental group were smaller than those of(58.32±5.46)and(42.84±3.76)mm in the control group;the left ventricular ejection fraction of(49.95±5.21)%in the experimental group was higher than that of(42.78±4.95)%in the control group;the level of B type urine natriuretic peptide of(219.57±11.65)pg/ml in the experimental group was lower than that of(262.53±9.98)pg/ml in the control group;the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The total effective rate of 90.91%in the experimental group was significantly higher than that of 68.75%in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Metoprolol combined with trimetazidine can effectively improve the cardiac function of patients with coronary heart disease and heart failure,and the overall effect is significant,which is worthy of promotion and reference in clinical practice.
