伤科接骨片和骨愈灵胶囊治疗创伤性骨折的效果对比

摘　　要：目的比较创伤性骨折患者接受骨愈灵胶囊与伤科接骨片治疗的效果。方法94例创伤性骨折患者,根据抽签法将其分为接骨片组与骨愈灵组,每组47例。接骨片组施以伤科接骨片治疗,骨愈灵组施以骨愈灵胶囊治疗。比较两组患者的临床疗效、血清炎性因子[白细胞介素-6(IL-6)、白细胞介素-8(IL-8)、肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)]水平、临床指标(消肿止痛时间、骨痂形成时间、骨折愈合时间、骨折线消失时间)、疼痛及肿胀评分。结果治疗后,接骨片组患者的治疗总有效率91.49%高于骨愈灵组的68.09%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组患者的IL-6、IL-8、TNF-α均低于本组治疗前,且接骨片组患者的IL-6(50.13±5.35)pg/ml、IL-8(46.58±4.74)pg/ml、TNF-α(89.66±7.53)pg/ml均低于骨愈灵组的(56.39±5.77)、(51.29±4.83)、(95.34±7.89)pg/ml,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。接骨片组消肿止痛时间为(9.71±2.62)d,骨痂形成时间为(21.05±8.13)d,骨折愈合时间为(56.66±10.65)d,骨折线消失时间为(48.35±9.16)d,均短于骨愈灵组的(13.92±3.45)、(27.35±9.21)、(73.35±14.16)、(62.44±9.65)d,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。接骨片组疼痛评分为(2.13±0.51)分,肿胀评分为(1.16±0.39)分,均低于骨愈灵组的(4.22±0.55)、(2.56±0.48)分,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论相比骨愈灵胶囊,伤科接骨片能有效缩短消肿止痛时间,加速骨痂形成,促进骨折愈合,加速骨折线消失,而且还能有效降低疼痛评分和肿胀评分,提高患者临床疗效,具有临床推广价值。Objective To compare the effect of Shangke Jiegu tablet and Guyuling capsule in the treatment of traumatic fracture.Methods A total of 94 patients with traumatic fracture were divided into Jiegu tablet group and Guyuling group,with 47 cases in each group.Jiegu tablet group was treated with Shangke Jiegu tablet,and Guyuling group was treated with Guyuling capsule.Both groups were compared in terms of clinical efficacy,serum inflammatory factors[interleukin-6(IL-6),interleukin-8(IL-8),tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α)]levels,clinical indicators(time for detumescence and pain relief,callus formation time,fracture healing time,fracture line disappearance time),pain and swelling scores.Results After treatment,the total effective rate of the Jiegu tablet group was 91.49%,which was higher than that of 68.09%of the Guyuling group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of IL-6,IL-8 and TNF-αin both groups were lower than those before treatment in this group;Jiegu tablet group had IL-6 of(50.13±5.35)pg/ml,IL-8 of(46.58±4.74)pg/ml and TNF-αof(89.66±7.53)pg/ml,which were lower than those of(56.39±5.77),(51.29±4.83)and(95.34±7.89)pg/ml in Guyuling group;the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).In Jiegu tablet group,the time for detumescence and pain relief was(9.71±2.62)d,the callus formation time was(21.05±8.13)d,the fracture healing time was(56.66±10.65)d,the fracture line disappearance time was(48.35±9.16)d,which were shorter than those of(13.92±3.45),(27.35±9.21),(73.35±14.16)and(62.44±9.65)d in Guyuling group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The pain score and swelling score in the Jiegu tablet group were(2.13±0.51)and(1.16±0.39)points,both of which were lower than those of(4.22±0.55)and(2.56±0.48)points in the Guyuling group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Compared with Guyuling capsule,Shangke Jiegu tablet can effectively shorten the time for detumescence and pain relief,accelera
