基于精准招募策略的单采血小板献血人群特征及采供情况分析

摘　　要：目的了解基于精准招募策略下顺德区中心血站(以下简称“本站”)单采血小板献血人群特征及采供情况,为进一步完善单采血小板献血者精准招募的长效机制提供科学依据。方法选取2020年1月~2022年12月的620名新增单采血小板献血者和5446人次单采血小板捐献的献血者资料,以及单采血小板的采集总量、供应总量作为观察组;2017年1月~2019年12月的461名新增单采血小板献血者和4663人次单采血小板捐献的献血者资料,以及单采血小板的采集总量、供应总量作为对照组。对照组采用传统宣传招募方式进行招募,观察组在传统宣传招募方式的基础上引入精准招募策略进行招募。比较两组单采血小板献血者献血人次的特征(包括文化程度、职业、年龄、性别),新增单采血小板献血者的特征(包括职业、年龄、性别),单采血小板采集、供应情况(包括单采血小板采集总量、血小板供应总量、血小板采供比)。结果两组单采血小板献血者献血人次的文化程度、职业、年龄比较,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组单采血小板献血者献血人次的性别比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。两组新增单采血小板献血者的职业、年龄、性别比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。观察组的单采血小板采集总量为8542.6 U、血小板供应总量为8598.5 U,均大于对照组的7226.3 U、7222.3 U;观察组的血小板采供比为99.35%,低于对照组的100.06%。结论基于精准招募策略的单采血小板采供情况更有助于满足顺德地区临床医院日益增长的单采血小板需求,单采血小板献血者的各种人口学特征等因素均影响其血小板捐献行为。应当结合顺德地区的献血人群特征和血小板需求趋势,制定更科学合理的单采血小板精准招募长效机制。Objective To understand the characteristics and collection and supply of apheresis platelet donors in Shunde District Central Blood Station(hereinafter referred to as"this station")based on the precise recruitment strategy,so as to provide a scientific basis for further improving the long-term mechanism of precise recruitment of apheresis platelet donors.Methods The data of 620 new apheresis platelet donors and 5446 apheresis platelet donors from January 2020 to December 2022,as well as the total collection and supply data of apheresis platelets were selected as the observation group.The data of 461 new apheresis platelet donors and 4663 apheresis platelet donors from January 2017 to December 2019,as well as the total collection and supply data of apheresis platelets were selected as the control group.The control group was recruited by traditional recruitment method,and the observation group was recruited by precise recruitment method.The characteristics of the number of apheresis platelet donors(including education,occupation,age,and gender),the characteristics of new apheresis platelet donors(including occupation,age,and gender),and the collection and supply of apheresis platelet(including the total collection of apheresis platelet,the total supply of platelets,and the ratio of platelet collection and supply)were compared between the two groups.Results Comparison of education level,occupation and age of apheresis platelet donors between the two groups showed statistically significant differences(P<0.05).Comparison of the gender of apheresis platelet donors between the two groups,the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05).Comparison of the occupation,age and gender of the new apheresis platelet donors between the two groups,the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05).The total collection of apheresis platelet in the observation group was 8542.6 U and the total supply of platelets was 8598.5 U,which were greater than those of 7226.3 U and 7222.3 U in the control group;the platelet colle
