摘　　要：子宫内膜增生症是在患者子宫内膜出现的增生性病变,随着病情的发展,存在一定的几率逐步发展为癌。通常情况下,患者在出现子宫内膜增生症之后会出现各种月经异常的症状,多数表现为阴道不规则性出血或是闭经一段时间之后存在长期且大量的阴道出血。现阶段对于子宫内膜增生症患者的治疗主要包括药物治疗以及手术治疗。药物治疗包括采用孕激素类药物进行干预,或是采用促排卵类药物进行干预。手术治疗则属于主要的治疗手段,如子宫切除。子宫内膜增生症的治疗方式呈现出多元化的特点,左炔诺孕酮宫内节育系统(商品名:曼月乐)可形成宫腔内高浓度的孕激素环境,强力抑制内膜增生,治疗效果好。世界卫生组织(WHO)推荐曼月乐治疗,其安全有效,几乎适用所有子宫内膜患者。子宫内膜治疗后大部分患者面临生育问题,本文将探究分析子宫内膜增生症患者经曼月乐环保守治疗后妊娠的影响因素。Endometrial hyperplasia is a proliferative lesion that occurs in the patient's uterine lining,and as the disease progresses,there is a certain chance that it will gradually develop into cancer.Usually,patients with endometrial hyperplasia will experience various menstrual abnormalities,mostly irregular vaginal bleeding or prolonged and heavy vaginal bleeding after a period of amenorrhea.At this stage,the treatment of endometrial hyperplasia mainly includes medication and surgery.Pharmacologic treatment includes intervention with progestogens or ovulation stimulants.Surgery is the main treatment,such as hysterectomy.The treatment of endometrial hyperplasia is diversified,levonorgestrel intrauterine system(trade name:Mirena)can form a high concentration of progesterone environment in the uterine cavity,strongly inhibit endometrial hyperplasia,and has a good therapeutic effect.The World Health Organization(WHO)recommends that Mannuelle is safe and effective for almost all patients with endometrial hyperplasia.Most of the patients face fertility problems after the treatment of the disease,this paper will explore and analyze the factors affecting pregnancy in patients with endometrial hyperplasia after conservative treatment with Mirena.
