肺力咳合剂联合阿奇霉素对肺炎支原体肺炎患儿炎症及体液免疫水平的影响

摘　　要：目的探讨肺力咳合剂联合阿奇霉素对肺炎支原体肺炎(MPP)患儿炎症及体液免疫水平的影响。方法选取2018年6月至2020年6月上饶市妇幼保健院收治的60例MPP患儿作为研究对象,随机分为观察组与对照组,每组30例。对照组使用阿奇霉素治疗,观察组在对照组的基础上联合肺力咳合剂治疗,比较两组临床疗效、炎症因子[白细胞介素-6(IL-6)、C反应蛋白(CRP)、肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)]水平、体液免疫(IgA、IgG、IgM)水平、不良反应发生情况。结果观察组临床疗效优于对照组,总有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗14 d,观察组CRP、TNF-α、IL-6水平均低于对照组,IgG、IgA、IgM水平均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组药物不良反应发生率比较差异无统计学意义。结论肺力咳合剂联合阿奇霉素治疗MPP效果较好,能有效减缓患儿炎症水平,提高体液免疫水平,且不增加药物不良反应。Objective To investigate the effects of Feilike mixture combined with azithromycin on inflammation and humoral immunity in children with mycoplasma pneumoniae pneumonia(MPP).Methods A total of 60 children with MPP admitted to Shangrao Maternal and Child Health Hospital from June 2018 to June 2020 were selected as the research subjects,and they were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group,with 30 cases in each group.The control group was treated with azithromycin,the observation group was treated with Feilike mixture on the basis of control group.The clinical efficacy,levels of inflammatory factors(interleukin-6[IL-6],C-reactive protein[CRP],tumor necrosis factor-α[TNF-α]),humoral immunity(IgA,IgG,IgM)and the occurrence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results The clinical efficacy in the observation group was better than that in the control group,and the total effective rate was higher than that in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After 14 d of treatment,CRP,TNF-αand IL-6 levels in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,while IgG,IgA and IgM levels were higher than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse drug reactions between the two groups.Conclusion Feilike Mixture combined with azithromycin is effective in the treatment of MPP,which can effectively reduce the level of inflammation,improve the level of humoral immunity,and do not increase the adverse reaction of drugs.
