大数据时代下精准医疗在医学中的发展研究

摘　　要：精准医疗是现代医疗体系的大变革,随着世界医疗卫生事业的不断发展,医疗水平的逐步提高,基于大数据时代的精准医疗也在不断地推广。精准医疗的精准在于对疾病进行全方位的诊断、治疗和预防,因此,对不同疾病分类应制订相应个体化的治疗方案。精准医疗在临床各类疾病治疗中应用逐渐广泛,尤其在恶性肿瘤方面,对其类型、分期及预后等情况作出精准的诊断和治疗离不开精准医疗,两者之间密切相关。遵循上述原则,本文将对精准医疗在各类疾病方面的运用进行研究,在充分查阅各类文献和扩大治疗规范化个体化的基础上,通过对大数据进行分析和统计,不断将现代医学引入精准医疗时代。Precision medicine is a great transformation in the modern medical system,with the continuous development of world medical and health undertakings and the gradual improvement of medical treatment,precision medicine is also constantly promoted based on the background of the big data.The precision of precise medicine lies in the comprehensive diagnosis,treatment and prevention of diseases,therefore,individualized treatment plans are made for different classification of diseases.Precision medicine has been widely used in various clinical diseases,especially in malignant tumors.Accurate diagnosis and treatment of types,stages and prognosis cannot be separated from precision medicine,and there is a close relationship between the two.Following this principle,this paper will review the application of precision medicine in various diseases.On the basis of fully consulting various literatures and expanding the standardization and individuation of treatment,it will constantly push modern medicine into the era of precision medicine through the analysis and statistics of big data.
