江苏向越南产业转移趋势及影响分析

摘　　要：近年来,以越南为代表的东南亚新兴经济体崛起,成本压力等促使江苏更多企业向越南转移,制造业加工替代趋势明显。本文主要从出口替代、投资增长、制造业外资吸引等方面说明江苏向越南产业转移趋势形成,并结合越南产业发展优势,总结江苏向越南产业转移动因和特征。从贸易结构、产业结构、区域产业链发展三方面分析转移影响,提出要抢抓机遇,主动融入“双循环”新发展格局;做强优势,以研发创新提升产品竞争力;塑造品牌,推动新兴产业高质量发展;强化协同,以产业链整合完善分工合作体系等对策。In recent years,the rise of emerging economies in Southeast Asia,represented by Vietnam,has prompted more enterprises in Jiangsu to transfer to Vietnam due to cost pressures,and the trend of manufacturing processing substitution is evident.This article mainly explains the formation of the trend of industrial transfer from Jiangsu to Vietnam from the perspectives of export substitution,investment growth,and foreign investment attraction in the manufacturing industry.Based on the advantages of Vietnamese industrial development,it summarizes the reasons and characteristics of industrial transfer from Jiangsu to Vietnam.Analyze the impact of transfer from three aspects:trade structure,industrial structure,and regional industrial chain development,and propose to seize opportunities and actively integrate into the new development pattern of“dual circulation”;Strengthen advantages and enhance product competitiveness through research and innovation;Shaping brands and promoting high-quality development of emerging industries;Strengthen collaboration and improve the division of labor and cooperation system through industrial chain integration.
