旅游循环凝视理论视角下古村落开发探析——以洛阳魏家坡古村落为例

摘　　要：随着乡村振兴战略的实施,古村落作为乡村旅游中珍贵的文化旅游吸引物,开发和保护受到越来越多的关注。本文基于旅游循环凝视理论,以洛阳魏家坡古村落为例,对其开发历程进行分析,并指出存在的问题。同时,从古村落作为“高语境吸引物”的角度分析,对魏家坡的文化内涵发掘、文旅项目打造、公共空间建设和营销平台搭建四个方面,提出提升策略,从而实现目的地共建共享和旅游过程中主客价值共创,加快乡村旅游的发展,促进乡村产业振兴,实现共同富裕。With the implementation of the rural revitalization strategy,the development and protection of ancient villages,as precious cultural tourism attractions in rural tourism,have received increasing attention.This article is based on the tourism cycle gaze theory and takes the ancient vllage of Weijiapo in Luoyang as an example to analyze its development process and point out the existing problems.At the same time,from the perspective of ancient villages as“high context attractions”,this paper proposes improvement strategies for the cultural connotation exploration,cultural and tourism project development,public space construction,and marketing plaform construction of Weijiapo,in order to achieve destination co construction and sharing,as well as the co creation of subjective and objective values in the tourism process,accelerate the development of rural tourism,promote the revitalization of rural industries,and achieve common prosperity.
