摘　　要：基于乙苯装置的生产工艺特点,分析了装置内反应及分离系统的本质安全设计及合理化操作,讨论了装置操作中可能出现的偏离情况及应对措施,对装置的长周期安全平稳运行具有一定的指导意义。Based on the characteristics of the production process of ethylbenzene plant,the intrinsic safety design and rational operation of the reaction and separation system in the plant were analyzed,and the possible deviations in the operation of the device and countermeasures were discussed,which had certain guiding significance for the long-term safe and stable operation of the plant.
