摘 要:为治理炼化企业热电装置粉尘危害,通过工程分析、职业病危害检测等方法对某热电装置粉尘的时空分布进行调查分析,对现场采用曲线落煤管、无动力除尘、干雾抑尘和负压除尘等粉尘治理技术实施改进。结果表明:上述技术方案能有效降低现场粉尘的浓度,具有较好的推广应用前景;同时由于热电装置粉尘治理需考虑经济性、可靠性、实用性,以及考虑物料的不同性质、工艺系统的不同特点,因此设备需采取多种组合方案布置。通过提出粉尘控制措施,为职工创造良好的工作环境、保护作业人员健康。In order to control the dust hazards of the thermal power plant in refining and chemical enterprises,the spatial and temporal distribution of dust in a thermal power plant was investigated and analyzed by means of engineering analysis and occupational disease hazard detection,and the dust control technologies such as curved coal drop pipe,unpowered dust removal,dry fog dust suppression and negative pressure dust removal were improved.The results showed that the above technical scheme can effectively reduce the concentration of dust in the field,and had a good application prospect.At the same time,due to the need to consider the economy,reliability,practicability,as well as the different properties of materials and the different characteristics of the process system,it was needed to adopt a variety of combination schemes to arrange the equipment.The dust control measures were put forward to create a good working environment for workers and protect the health of workers.
