摘 要:【目的】为进一步提高机组的安全、经济运行,某电厂进行了化学给水技术改造。【方法】通过全保护加氧转化试验,对照分析改造前汽水参数。【结果】加氧处理后,给水pH值为8.9~9.1,两台机组的省煤器入口及高加疏水铁含量均小于1.0μg/L,这表明给水及高加疏水系统已形成良好保护膜,可遏制其流动加速腐蚀,有利于减小锅炉受热面的结垢速率、增加锅炉化学清洗周期。3、4号机组给水氨浓度平均值分别由703μg/L、734μg/L降低至266μg/L,氨投加量分别减少62.2%和63.8%,树脂再生用水量、再生酸碱用量及废液排放量的减少有利于环境保护。改造后3、4号机组加药费用每年节约近百万元,产生明显经济效益。【结论】3、4号机组化学水处理工况由氧化性全挥发处理式(AVTO)向加氧处理式(OT)转化成功。[Purposes]To further improve the safety and economy of unit operation,a power plant under⁃went a chemical feedwater technology transformation.[Methods]Through a fully protected oxygen addi⁃tion conversion test,the vapor parameters before the transformation were analyzed against each other.[Findings]After oxygenation treatment,with feedwater pH 8.9~9.1,the iron content of the coal saver in⁃let and high plus hydrophobic of both units wereunder 1.0μg/L,indicating that good protective film had been formed in the feedwater and high plus hydrophobic system,which effectively inhibited the flow ac⁃celerated corrosion in both systems,and is conducive to slowing down the fouling rate of boiler heating surface and elongating the boiler chemical cleaning cycle.The average ammonia content of feed water of units 3 and 4 has been reduced from 703μg/L and 734μg/L to 266μg/L respectively,and the ammonia dosage has been reduced by 62.2%and 63.8%respectively,and the reduction ofregeneration acid and al⁃kali dosage,water consumption for resin regeneration,and waste liquid discharge is beneficial to environ⁃mental protection.After the reformation,the dosing cost of units 3 and 4 is saved nearly one million per year,which creates significant economic benefits.[Conclusions]The conversion of chemical water condi⁃tions of units 3 and 4 from oxidative total volatile treatment(AVTO)to oxygenated treatment(OT)has been successfully achieved.
