摘　　要：为提高武警铁路运输投送能力评估的自动化和信息化水平,在分析运输投送能力评估系统研究意义的基础上,对系统架构、系统功能、评估模型等进行设计。将信息化评估手段引入能力评估现场,会极大提高评估效率,便于部队了解自身铁路运输投送能力,也能为上级制订更加科学的铁路运输投送方案提供依据。In order to improve the automation and informatization level of the evaluation of the Armed Police's railway transportation delivery capability,the overall system architecture,system functionality and evaluation model were designed based on the analysis of the research significance of the evaluation system of the Armed Police's railway transportation delivery capability.By introducing information-based evaluation methods into the capability evaluation process has greatly improved the efficiency,facilitating a understanding of the railway transportation delivery capabilities,and also providing a basis for higher authorities to formulate more scientific railway transportation delivery plans.
