列车诱发振动对大跨度混合梁桥转体施工影响研究

摘  要:列车运行诱发环境振动及其对临近在建桥梁的稳定与安全影响是一个复杂的工程问题。以邢台市龙泉大街邻近铁路钢-混混合梁转体桥梁施工为研究背景,采用现场试验方法,开展列车诱发振动对大跨度混合梁桥转体施工影响研究。研究结果表明:随着振源距离的增大地面振动响应整体衰减明显,且不同行车类型诱发地面振动响应程度不同,具体表现为会车>货车>客车,另外列车会车时地面振动频响范围集中在5~25 Hz,振源距离的增大不改变地面竖向振动频响范围的分布,但对横向振动影响较大。通过不同阶段悬臂梁端实测动力响应对比分析,试转阶段梁端振动响应整体大于独立站立阶段,且试转阶段梁端横向振幅达到了2.18 mm,振动响应较大,表明列车诱发地面振动对钢-混混合梁转体的稳定性具有较大影响,所以应选择在既有铁路线天窗点进行正式转体。Environmental vibration induced by train operation and its influence on the stability and safety of adjacent bridges under construction are complicated engineering problems.Taking the construction of steel-concrete hybrid beam swivel bridge near Longquan Street in Xingtai City as the background,the influence of train-induced vibration on the swivel construction of long-span hybrid beam bridge was studied by field test method.The results show that with the increase distance from the vibration source,the overall attenuation of ground vibration response is obvious,and the degree of ground vibration response induced by different driving types is different.The specific performance of the meeting of trains is the largest,and then the freight train,the passenger train is the lowest.In addition,the frequency response range of ground vibration is concentrated in the range of 5~25 Hz when the trains meet.The increase distance from the vibration source does not change the distribution of vertical vibration frequency response range of ground,but has a great influence on lateral vibration.Through the comparative analysis of the measured dynamic response of the cantilever beam end in different stages,the overall vibration response of the beam end in the trial stage is larger than that in the independent standing stage,and the lateral amplitude of the beam end in the trial stage reaches 2.18 mm,and the vibration response is larger,indicating that the train induced ground vibration has a great influence on the stability of the steel-concrete hybrid beam swivel.Therefore,the formal swivel should be carried out at the window time of the existing railway line.
