摘 要:随着可穿戴电子、智能汽车和光伏发电等产业的快速发展,直流电力线通信(DC-PLC)作为一种低成本的信号传输方式,正在受到学术界和产业界的大量关注。作为DC-PLC系统中重要环节的信号耦合通常由含有耦合变压器的电路来实现,考虑到可穿戴电子和智能汽车等对电子模块尺寸的苛求,一种结构小巧且性能优异的耦合电路在实际应用中将更受欢迎。通过建立DC-PLC系统的阻抗模型和进行诺顿电容等效阻抗变换,设计了一种兼顾电力线等效电阻和等效电感且电路结构简单的T-型阻抗匹配耦合器,用于实现发送端、接收端与电力线的阻抗匹配、信号耦合以及隔绝直流的功能。通过仿真和实验测试证实,所设计的T-型带通匹配耦合器相较于阻抗失配条件下的耦合器能够获得3~7dB的增益,且当失配程度增加时所设计的带通匹配耦合器获得了更高的增益,这表明该阻抗匹配耦合电路适合于直流电力线通信使用。With the rapid development of wearable electronics,smart cars,and photovoltaic power generation,DC power line communication(DC⁃PLC),as a low⁃cost signal transmission method,has been attracting considerable attentions from academics and industries.Signal coupling as an important link in DC⁃PLC systems is usually realized by circuits containing transformers.Considering the miniaturization needs of electronic modules for wearable electronics and smart cars,a compact and high⁃performance coupling circuit will be more practical in product applications.A T⁃type impedance matching coupler with a simple circuit structure that takes into account the equivalent resistance and inductance of the power line is designed by establishing the impedance model of the DC⁃PLC system and performing the Norton capacitance equivalent impedance transformation.Simulation and experimental results indicate that the T⁃type impedance matching coupler can achieve a gain of 3-7 dB compared with the coupler under impedance mismatch,and it achieves a higher gain when the mismatch increases,which confirms that the impedance matched coupling circuit is suitable for DC power line communication.
