西藏农牧业产业关联分析与发展策略研究

摘　　要：推动农牧业高质量发展是西藏“十四五”时期的重要任务之一,对于实现“四个确保”,完成“四个创建”至关重要。研究采纳“投入产出分析法”,并运用“盯住关键指标法”解决西藏投入产出表数据缺失的问题,对西藏农牧业产业关联进行全面分析,提出了要优先发展西藏农牧业,通过提高农牧业机械化、培养农牧产品物流、农牧产品加工业、现代乡村服务业与发展农旅融合来发展西藏农牧业的政策建议。Promoting high-quality development of the agricultural and animal husbandry industry is one of the im⁃portant tasks of Xizang in the 14th Five-Year Plan period,and is crucial to achieve the"Four Guarantees"and completing the"Four Foundations".This study adopts the"input-output analysis method"and applies the"na⁃ive method"to solve the problem of missing data in Xizang's input-output tables,and conducts a comprehensive analysis of the industrial linkages of Xizang's agriculture and animal husbandry industry.The study proposes to prioritise the development of the Xizang's agriculture and animal husbandry industry,and to develop the indus⁃try by improving the mechanization of agriculture and animal husbandry,promoting agriculture and animal hus⁃bandry product flow,the processing industry of agriculture and animal husbandry products,the modern rural ser⁃vice industry,and the integration of agriculture and animal husbandry with tourism.
