摘　　要：马克思主义妇女观同中国妇女运动的具体实际相结合,形成了中国化的马克思主义妇女理论,成为推动中国妇女解放和发展的行动指南。西藏和平解放70多年以来,特别是西藏民主改革以来,西藏广大妇女翻身得解放,成为国家的主人,积极投身于西藏革命、建设、改革的各项事业,政治、社会、经济地位发生了历史性的转变,在各自岗位上书写着不平凡的成就,用实际行动撑起了“半边天”。新征程上,为更好地推动西藏妇女发展,必须坚持党对西藏妇女工作的领导,发挥西藏妇联等社会组织的力量,不断提升西藏妇女的综合素质,依法实现好、维护好、发展好西藏妇女的切实利益。The combination of the Marxist view of women with the concrete reality of the Chinese women's move⁃ment has resulted in the formation of a Chineseized Marxist theory of women,which has become a guide to action for promoting the emancipation and development of Chinese women.It has become a guide to action for promoting the liberation and development of Chinese women.For more than 70 years since the peaceful liberation of Xi⁃zang,and especially since the democratic reform of Xizang,the vast number of women in Xizang have turned over a new leaf and become masters of the country,actively participating in the liberation of Xizang.liberated,have become the masters of the country,have actively participated in the various undertakings of the Xizang revo⁃lution,construction and reform,and have undergone historic changes in their political,social and economic sta⁃tus.Their political,social and economic status has undergone historic changes,and they have made extraordi⁃nary achievements in their respective posts,holding up"half the sky"with their practical actions.On the new journey,in order to better promote the development of Xizang women,it is necessary to adhere to the Party's poli⁃cy of support for Xizang women.In the new journey,in order to better promote the development of Xizang women,it is necessary to adhere to the Party's leadership of Xizang women's work,give full play to the strengths of social organizations such as the Xizang Women's Union,constantly upgrade the comprehensive qualities of Xizang women and,in accordance with the law,realize,safeguard and develop the rights of Xizang women.
