摘 要:针对一些储层致密、低孔渗特性的海上油区难开发问题,需要进一步提高聚能射孔的地层打开能力,采用优化的新型材料和装药结构以提高后效装置能效,并模拟储层压力和孔道内注入纯净水标定容积的方法,开展了新型后效射孔装置配套试验应用研究。结果表明:新型后效装置相比于优化前平均穿深提高7.6%以上,入口平均孔径提升7.5%,孔道平均容积提高18.6%;具有更好的油气流通道;后效射孔第一次射孔爆轰最高压力是72.3 MPa,后效装置爆轰压力是56.3 MPa。采用后效射孔技术,最大爆轰压力降低27.5%,可以有效保护管柱及井筒安全。To solve the difficulties in oil exploitation caused by the tight rocks,poor porosity and low permeability in some offshore oil areas,it is necessary to further improve the formation opening ability of shaped charge perforation.The new materials and charge structure are adopted to optimize aftereffect perforation.the new aftereffect device was studied by simulating the reservoir pressure and injecting purified water into the channel to calibrate the volume.The results show that the average perforation depth is increased by more than 7.6%,the average hole diameter at the entrance is increased by 7.5%,and the average volume of the channel is increased by 18.6%,After-effect perforation has better stimulation effect;The maximum detonation pressure of the first perforation is 72.3 MPa,and the detonation pressure of after-effect body is 56.3 MPa.With after-effect perforation technology,the maximum detonation pressure is reduced by 27.5%,which can effectively protect the safety of the pipe string and wellbore.
