摘 要:本研究利用绢云母石英片岩浮选云母后获得的石英尾砂为原料提纯制备了纯度99.9%高纯石英粉。研究结果表明,采用熔解-中和-灼烧提纯工艺,可打破SiO_(2)晶格内化学键,可使石英晶格中采用物理法提纯无法去除的气液包裹体类和类质同象类等杂质转移到熔液中,再通过固液分离使其得以有效去除而获得高纯石英粉。In this study,high-purity quartz powder with a purity of 99.9%was prepared by purifying the quartz tailings obtained from sericite quartz schist after flotation of mica.The research results indicate that the use of melting neutralization calcination purification process causes the breaking of chemical bonds within the SiO_(2) lattice,leading to the transfer of impurities such as vapor-liquid inclusions and isomorphic substances,which cannot be removed by physical purification,from the quartz lattice to the melt.These impurities are then effectively removed through solid-liquid separation to obtain high-purity quartz powder.
