摘 要:大庆纳米级孔隙泥页岩储层中,支撑剂易发生嵌入,使人工裂缝导流能力变差,为此,开展不同闭合压力、不同粒径及组合、不同铺砂浓度的支撑剂对导流能力的影响实验,分析泥页岩储层支撑剂嵌入影响导流能力的变化规律。实验结果表明:嵌入情况和导流能力随闭合压力的增大均有不同程度的降低,在0~10 h内导流值降低快,超过30 h后,导流能力基本达到稳态,颗粒间形态稳固,流动通道变化较小;在闭合压力较低时,支撑剂导流能力随粒径变大而升高;当闭合压力升高时,大粒径支撑剂更易发生破碎,粒径对支撑剂导流能力的影响也逐渐缩小,同时,增大铺砂浓度能够显著地降低支撑剂的嵌入程度。通过量化支撑剂嵌入对压裂裂缝导流能力的影响程度,可为页岩储层压裂方案优化及参数设计提供一定依据。Proppant intercalation is prone to cause poor conductivity of artificial fractures in nano-scale pore mud shale reservoirs in Daqing.Therefore,experiments on the effect of proppant intercalation with dfferent closure pressure,particle size and combination,and sand laying concentration on the conductivity were carried out to analyze the variation rule of proppant intercalation affecting the conductivity of mud shale reservoirs.The experimental results show that the embedding condition and the conductivity decrease in different degrees with the increase of the closing pressure.In the range of O~10 h,the conductivity decreases rapidly:After more than 30 h,the conductivity basically reaches a steady state,the inter-particle morphology is stable,and the flow channel changes little.When the closing pressure is low,the proppant conductivity increases with the increase of particle size.When the closing pressure is increased,the proppant with large particle size is more likely to break,and the influence of particle size on proppant conductivity is gradually reduced.At the same time,increasing the sand concentration can significantly reduce the degree of proppant embedment.Therefore,quantifying the impact of proppant embedding on the conductivity of fractured fractures can provide a basis for the optimization of fracturing schemes and parameter design in shale reservoirs.
