摘 要:该文以某厂生物柴油生产装置中的甲醇回收单元为考察对象,采用热集成多效精馏工艺对现装置进行模拟优化。在此基础上,分别对选用不同工艺下的综合经济效益及CO_(2)排放量进行计算分析;对比发现热集成多效精馏工艺的年投资总费用较常规流程低28.33%,碳排放量也比常规流程低41.06%,热集成多效精馏节能降耗效果明显。The methanol recovery unit in an existing biodiesel plant was optimized in this paper by using a thermally integrated multi-effect distillation process.The comprehensive economic benefits and CO_(2) emissions were calculated and analyzed under different processes.By comparison,it was found that the total annual investment cost of heat integrated multi-effect distillation process is 28.33%lower than the conventional process,and the carbon emission is also 41.06%lower than the conventional process,which directly reflects that heat integrated multi-effect distillation is an important energy-saving and consumption reduction pathway.
