摘  要:评估乙烯驱动透平机组的能耗并提升乙烯驱动透平机组的效率,是乙烯装置节能改造关键。该文介绍了针对某石化乙烯装置驱动透平能耗评估的方法,并提出国产化替代方案。通过性能评估计算其内效率约为70%,低于现有平均水平。通过对蒸汽透平进行高效通流设计、优化汽封以及动静叶结构等技术改造,提高驱动透平能效水平。对比实施改造前后,汽耗率可降低15%左右,机组内效率提升效果明显。Evaluating the energy consumption of the ethylene steam turbine units and improving the efficiency of the ethylene steam turbine units become the key to the energy saving of the ethylene plant.This paper introduces a method of energy consumption assessment for the steam turbine of the ethylene plant,and puts forward an localization alternative method.According to performance evaluation,the internal efficiency is calculated to be about 70%,which is lower than the existing market average level.The energy efficiency level of the steam turbine is improved through efficient flow design of the steam turbine,optimization of the steam seal and the structure of the rotor and stator blades.Compared to before and after the implementation of the renovation,the steam consumption rate can be reduced by about 15%,and the internal efficiency of the unit can be improved significantly.
