摘 要:为了天然气加压站电力系统的可靠运行和能源的合理利用,从工程实际需求出发,进行天然气加压站电力控制系统优化运行。提出特殊的孤岛运行模式,根据用户的系统需求建立了PLC和上位机结合的集中监控管理系统。把发电机、辅机、检测和电气控制系统有机结合,实现了在线智能检测,增强了系统的功能和安全性,利用余热回收系统提高能源利用率和电效率,实现节能减排。该控制系统投用以来一直稳定运行,使发电机的电效率从34.4%提高到38.5%,余热回收节约天然气22万m^(3)/a。In order to ensure the reliable operation of the power system of the natural gas booster station and the rational utilization of energy,the optimization operation of the power control system of the natural gas booster station is carried out based on the actual engineering needs.A special isolated operation mode was proposed,and a centralized monitoring and management system combining PLC and upper computer was established according to the system requirements of users.The organic integration of the generator,auxiliary equipment,detection,and electrical control system has achieved online intelligent detection,enhanced the functionality and safety of the system,improved energy utilization and electrical efficiency through the use of waste heat recovery system,and achieved energy conservation and emission reduction.The control system has been operating steadily since its commissioning,increasing the electrical efficiency of the generator from 34.4%to 38.5%,and saving 220000 m^(3)/a of natural gas through waste heat recovery.
