摘　　要：对4种常见室温不达的标类型及原因进行分析,并概述其诊断流程。以个别用户及整单元用户室温不达标处理为典型案例,对不热原因查找及处理方法进行重点分析,最后对室温不达标用户处理体系进行简要介绍。通过系统性分析与诊断,明确用户室温不达标的根本原因,有助于快速处理不热问题。This paper analyzes the four common types and the causes of room temperature non-compliance,and outlines the diagnosis process;which takes individual users and the entire unit buildings as typical cases for analyzing the non-heating causes and treatment methods.Lastly,a brief introduction of the room temperature non-compliance processing system of Chengde Heating Group is given.By conducting systematic analysis and diagnosis,identify the root cause of user room temperature non-compliance,in order to help quickly address the issue of insufficient heat.
