摘 要:为检验长输供热管道的安全可靠性,以托克托电厂配套长输供热管网工程项目为例,结合水力分析和事故工况模拟,探究了事故严重性和事故水泵位置对系统安全压力的影响。通过采用中继加压泵,可使整个管线处于安全压力范围内。模拟结果显示,不论何处发生了严重事故,系统始终不超压、不汽化。而且,水泵断电事故越严重,系统安全压力变化越大;事故水泵距定压点越远,对系统安全压力的影响越小。当离定压点最远的隔压换热站发生一般事故时,最高点压力降低0.5%,最低点压力降低2.8%,几乎无影响。本研究成果可为长输供热管道的安全设计提供参考借鉴。In order to test the safety and reliability of long-distance heating pipelines,taking the supporting long-distance heat supply pipeline project of Tuoketuo Power Station as an example,combined with hydraulic analysis and accident condition simulation,this paper explores the impact of accident severity and accident pump location on system safety pressure.By adopting the type of relay booster pump,the entire pipeline can be kept within a safe pressure range.The simulation results show that no matter where a serious accident occurs,the system always does not overpressure or vaporize.And the more serious the pump power failure,the greater the change in system safety pressure.The farther the accident water pump is from the constant pressure point,the smaller the impact on the safety pressure of the system.When a general accident occurs at the pressure isolation heat exchange station farthest from the fixed pressure point,the highest point pressure decreases by 0.5%and the lowest point pressure decreases by 2.8%,with almost no impact.The research results can provide reference for the safety design of long-distance heating pipelines.
