摘 要:文章通过对某车型发动机盖在开闭耐久试验中出现的钣金开裂、磕碰等问题进行研究。系统分析了问题产生的原因,重点聚焦发动机盖限位不足的问题,提出多个解决方案,并通过仿真分析、试验验证等手段验证方案的可行性。同时全面考虑解决该问题的周期、投入成本等因素,最终提出了一种低成本方案,即限位块采用实心和优化螺纹结构来解决该试验问题对各类车型的发动机盖设计过程中出现的类似问题,有重要的指导意义和工程应用价值。In this paper,through the research of sheet metal cracking,bump and other problems in the opening and closing durability test of the engine hood of a vehicle mode.The causes of the problems are analyzed systematically,the problem of insufficient limit of the engine hood cover is focused on,multiple solutions are proposed,and the feasibility of the scheme is verified by means of simulation analysis and test.At the same time,considering the cycle and input cost to solve the problem comprehensively,a low-cost scheme is proposed,that is the limit block adopts solid and optimized thread structure to solve the test problem.The research methods and conclusions of this paper have important guiding significance and engineering application value for similar problems in the design process of engine hood for various types of vehicles.
