摘  要:以废弃玉米芯为原料,经氢氧化钾活化,高温炭化制备玉米芯多孔碳(CPC)。对CPC微观形貌进行表征,研究了不同炭化温度对CPC表面形貌的影响。当炭化温度为600℃时,制备的CPC粉末具有均匀的微观多孔粗糙结构。利用低表面能物质聚二甲基硅氧烷(PDMS)对棉织物整理,制备了超疏水棉织物。对整理织物的表面形貌进行表征,研究了不同质量分数的CPC与PDMS整理后棉织物的超疏水性能。结果表明,当CPC质量分数为0.5%,PDMS质量分数为4%时,整理棉织物水滴接触角达到156.9°,具有较好的超疏水、防污及自清洁性能。Corncob based porous carbon(CPC)is prepared by potassium hydroxide activation and high-tempera⁃ture carbonization using waste corn cob as raw material.The microstructure of CPC is characterized and the ef⁃fect of different carbonization temperatures on the surface morphology of CPC is studied.When the carboniza⁃tion temperature is 600℃,the CPC powder has a micro porous rough structure.Superhydrophobic cotton fab⁃ric is prepared by using CPC to construct micro-rough surface on cotton fabric and polydimethylsiloxane(PD⁃MS)with low surface energy.The surface morphology of the fabric is characterized,and the superhydrophobic properties of the cotton fabric under different amounts of CPC and PDMS conditions are studied.The results show that the contact angle of water droplets on the cotton fabric reaches 156.9°with CPC concentration of 0.5%and PDMS concentration of 4%,which exhibiting good superhydrophobicity,anti fouling and self-cleaning properties.
