摘 要:为了应对社会对披露碳足迹信息的要求,根据碳足迹核算标准,以1 t涤纶绒类产品为功能单位,分别计算涤纶染色绒类产品与涤纶色母粒着色绒类产品从摇篮到大门的碳足迹。结果表明:1 t涤纶染色产品从摇篮到大门的产品碳足迹为6483.8 kgCO_(2)e,1 t涤纶色母粒着色绒类产品从摇篮到大门的产品碳足迹为5217.8 kgCO_(2)e。相比同样功能的涤纶染色产品,每功能单位的涤纶色母粒着色绒类产品碳足迹减排率为19.5%。两款产品的碳排放主要来源于原料和能源部分。为降低涤纶绒类产品的碳排放,一方面可以采用低碳绿色原料或能源,另一方面改变加工方式和染色工艺。In order to respond to the social demand for disclosure of carbon footprint information,the carbon footprint of polyester dyeing plush products and polyester masterbatch coloring plush products from cradle to gate is calculated separately based on the carbon footprint accounting standard,taking 1 t of polyester plush products as the functional unit.The results show that the product carbon footprint of 1 t of polyester dyeing plush products from cradle to gate is 6483.6 kgCO_(2)e,and the product carbon footprint of 1 t of polyester mas⁃terbatch coloring plush products from cradle to gate is 5217.8 kgCO2e.Compared with the same function of polyester dyeing plush products,carbon footprint reduction of per functional unit of polyester masterbatch col⁃oring plush products reaches 19.5%.The carbon emission of the two plush products mainly comes from the raw materials and energy.In order to reduce the carbon emission of polyester plush products.Two ways can be selected,one is to use low-carbon green raw materials or energy,and the other is to change the process⁃ing method and dyeing process.
