摘 要:以采用传统电解技术、设计产能150 kt/a的某铜电解生产企业为例,介绍了该厂传统电解技术存在的问题,并针对目前主要的新铜电解工艺技术进行比选,推荐较优升级改造方案。详细分析了该项目利用现有电解厂房、生产设备、公辅配套设施,进行的工艺技术、装备水平的同步升级改造,通过对改造前后经济技术指标的对比分析,验证了传统电解生产系统升级、改造的必要性。Taking a copper electrolysis production enterprise that adopts traditional electrolysis technology and has a designed production capacity of 150 kt/a as an example,this paper introduces the problems existing in the traditional electrolysis technology of this enterprise,and determines an upgrading and renovation proposal based on the comparison and selection of the major new copper electrolysis technologies at present.A detailed analysis was conducted on the synchronous upgrading and renovation of the process technology and equipment level of the project using the existing tankhouse,production equipment,and utilities.By comparing and analyzing the economic and technical indicators before and after the renovation,the necessity of upgrading and renovating the traditional electrolysis production system was verified in the paper.
