摘  要:利用某电解车间火法工序大修的契机,对电解系统进行了一次全系统的停车检修。详细分析了停车检修前后的生产控制要点,包括停系统前电解液成分控制准备工作、停系统过程中电解液成分的变化调整、系统恢复生产的控制、添加剂的控制策略等。实践证明,通过大修期间对影响阴极铜质量的生产要素的控制,有效减少了系统停、开的生产波动,保持了控制系统均衡稳定,大修前后的阴极铜质量得以保证,检修投产后,首批电铜A级铜产率均达到100%,全月A级铜产出率达到99.98%。Owing to the opportunity of major repair of pyrometallurgical process in a certain tankhouse,a comprehensive shutdown maintenance was carried out.A detailed analysis was conducted on the production control key points before and after shutdown maintenance,including preparation of electrolyte composition control before system shutdown,adjustment of electrolyte composition changes during system shutdown,control of system production recovery,and control strategies of additives.Practice has proven that it can effectively reduce the production fluctuations caused by system shutdown and startup,and keep balance and stability of control system by controlling the production factors that affect the quality of cathode copper during major repair.The quality of cathode copper before and after major repair was guaranteed.After maintenance and put into production,the yield of the first batch of grade-A copper reached 100%,and the monthly grade-A copper yield reached 99.98%.
