摘  要:以西北某冶炼厂新建主厂房为例,针对熔炼主厂房循环回水在设计、运行过程中容易出现的问题,结合实际案例,用计算分析的方法,分别从工艺配置和管道布置两个方面提出了优化方案。分析认为:增加上下游高差,或者更换阻力更小的喷头可有效防止循环回水上游集水箱溢水问题。当主厂房集水箱和循环水站之间有足够的高差时,经由水力计算校验通过,可让循环回水自流进入冷却塔,可显著降低项目投资及运行维护费用。Taking the newly-built main smelting building in northwest China as an example,this paper proposes optimization proposal from two aspects based on practical cases and calculation analysis methods:process configuration and pipeline layout,so as to address the problems that are prone to occur in the design and operation of circulating return water in the main smelting building.Analysis suggests that increasing the height difference between upstream and downstream or replacing nozzles with lower resistance can effectively prevent overflow in the upstream water container of the circulating return water.When there is a sufficient height difference between the main building water container and the circulating water station,it can be verified by hydraulic calculation to allow the circulating return water to flow into the cooling tower by gravity,which can significantly reduce project investment and operation&maintenance cost.
