散养鸡寄生虫感染情况的调查研究

摘　　要：[目的]了解陕西榆林某地区散养鸡寄生虫的感染情况。[方法]在陕西榆林市米脂地区的某鸡场采集36份新鲜散养鸡粪便,并对其进行编号分类,采用饱和食盐水漂浮法、离心沉淀法以及斯陶尔氏计数法对散养鸡寄生虫的感染情况进行统计分析。[结果]该鸡场散养鸡寄生虫总感染率为77.78%,混合感染率为33.33%,寄生虫种类有4种,分别为鸡绦虫、鸡异刺线虫、鸡球虫病以及鸡蛔虫,感染强度分别为456.67、258.36、369.35、389.23个/g。优势虫种是有轮赖利绦虫(R.cesticillus),感染率为44.44%。[结论]该地区散养鸡肠道寄生虫的感染较为严重,应定期驱虫并加强防治。[Objectives]To investigate the infection status of parasites in free-range chickens in a certain area of Yulin,Shanxi Province.[Methods]36 fresh feces of free-range chickens from a chicken farm in the Mizhi area of Yulin City,Shaanxi Province,were collected,numbered,and classified.Statistical analyses of parasitic infections in free-range chickens were conducted using saturated saline floatation method,centrifugal precipitationmethod,and Stauer's counting method.[Results]The total infection rate of parasites in the free-range chickens of this chicken farm was 77.78%,and the mixed infection rate was 33.33%.There were four types of parasites,namely chicken taeniasis,chicken echinococcosis,chicken coccidiosis,and chicken ascariasis,with infection intensities of 456.67,258.36,369.35,and 389.23 per g.The dominant species was R.cesticillus,with a prevalence of 44.44%.[Conclusions]The infection of intestinal parasites in free-range chickens in this area is relatively serious,and regular deworming and strengthened prevention and control should be carried out.
