摘 要:为满足铁路通信系统高可用性及低故障率的运用要求,各类通信设备、系统网络采用了冗余保护机制,但因设计缺陷、软硬件隐性故障、维护手段不当等因素影响,出现系统假冗余、故障冗余机制失效等问题;同时由于系统的复杂度提高,也给故障问题定位和处理带来了更大困难。针对上述问题,从冗余保护概念、功能实现、软硬件功能设计等方面进行研究和分析,对铁路通信系统网络结构设计、设备运行维护、故障应急处置等提出建议和措施。针对近期某高铁线路无线基站控制器故障案例,从系统原理、故障现象、问题定位及防范措施等方面进行讨论,通过实验室测试验证了软件逻辑控制对冗余保护起到的关键作用,旨在进一步提高铁路通信系统的运用质量,提升铁路安全运输服务能力。In order to meet the requirements of high availability and low failure rate of the railway communication system,redundancy protection mechanisms have been adopted for all kinds of communication equipment and system networks.However,due to design defects,hidden faults of software and hardware,improper maintenance methods and other factors,there are some problems such as fake redundancy and failure of fault redundancy mechanism.At the same time,due to the improvement of system complexity,it also brings more difficulties to fault locating and handling.Aiming at the above problems,the concept,function realization,software and hardware function design of redundancy protection are studied and analyzed,and some suggestions and measures for network structure design,equipment operation and maintenance,emergency treatment of faults of railway communication system are put forward.Aiming at the recent failure cases of a radio base station controller on a high-speed railway line,the system principle,fault phenomenon,problem localization and preventive measures are discussed and analyzed and the key role of software logic control in redundancy protection through laboratory tests is verified,aiming at further improving the application quality of railway communication system and enhancing the service ability of railway safe transportation.
