摘 要:目的探讨基底节区高血压脑出血患者行微创手术治疗、传统开颅手术治疗的临床疗效。方法选取60例高血压脑出血患者,30例行传统开颅手术治疗的患者为对照组,30例行微创手术治疗的患者为研究组;比较两组患者的临床疗效、手术时间、术中出血量、置管引流时间、平均住院时间、GCS评分、NIHSS评分、生活质量评分、日常生活能力评分及并发症发生率。结果研究组总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05);研究组手术时间短于对照组(P<0.05);研究组术中出血量少于对照组(P<0.05);研究组置管引流时间、平均住院时间短于对照组(P<0.05);治疗后两组患者GCS评分、NIHSS评分比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后研究组患者生活质量评分及日常生活能力评分高于对照组(P<0.05);研究组并发症发生率小于对照组(P<0.05)。结论应用微创手术治疗基底节区高血压脑出血的临床疗效优于传统开颅手术,且神经功能改善明显,创伤性小。Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of minimally invasive treatment and traditional craniotomy in patients with hypertensive intracerebral hemorrhage in the basal ganglia.Method 60 patients with hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage,30 patients were treated with traditional craniotomy as the control group,and 30 patients were treated with minimally invasive treatment of basal ganglia cerebral hemorrhage as the study group.The clinical efficacy,surgical time,intraoperative bleeding volume,the drainage time,average hospitalization time,GCS scores,NIHSS scores,the quality of life,daily living ability scores,the incidence of complications of patients in the two groups were compared.Results The total effective rate of the research group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05);The surgical time in the study group was shorter than that in the control group(P<0.05);The intraoperative bleeding volume in the study group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05);The drainage time and average hospitalization time of the study group were shorter than those of the control group(P<0.05);After treatment,there was a statistically significant difference in GCS scores and NIHSS scores of patients in the two groups(P<0.05);After treatment,the quality of life and daily living ability scores of patients in the study group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05);The incidence of complications in the study group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Minimally invasive procedure is more effective in the treatment of intracerebral hemorrhage in basal ganglia.
