摘  要:为探究锐尖山香圆扦插育苗适宜的季节和基质配方,以一年生的锐尖山香圆枝条为试验材料,开展不同季节和不同基质的扦插试验。结果表明:锐尖山香圆不同季节和基质扦插生根成活率均达到90%以上,最高达98.66%(夏季、黄心土+轻基质+珍珠岩)。秋季生根时间最短,一般16 d左右开始生根,28 d左右全部生根;冬季生根时间最长,一般30~33 d开始生根,50 d左右全部生根。不同基质配方对锐尖山香圆扦插成活率的影响不显著,一年四季均可扦插。因此根据实际生产和造林的需要,锐尖山香圆可选择春季进行扦插繁育。In order to explore the suitable season and substrate formula for the cutting and seedling cultivation of Turpinia arguta,one-year branches of T.arguta were used as experimental materials to conduct cutting experiments in different seasons and substrates.The results showed that:the survival rate of rooted cuttings reached more than 90%,with a maximum of 98.66%(summer,yellow soil+light matrix+perlite).The rooting time was the shortest in autumn,and rooting usually started in about 16 days and all the roots took about 28 days;while in winter,the roots started in 30 to 33 days and all the roots took about 50 days.The effect of different matrix formulas on the survival rate of cutting of T.arguta was not significant,Cutting was done at all seasons.Therefore,according to the actual production and afforestation needs,T.arguta would be selected for cutting propagation in spring.
