摘 要:鉴于当前对妊娠后期湖羊母羊营养需求方面的研究尚有不足,通过对妊娠后期母羊进行营养限饲,探讨营养限饲对妊娠后期母羊及羔羊发育的影响。选择15只妊娠湖羊,在其妊娠90 d,随机分为3组[对照组(NC组,100%妊娠营养需求)、低限饲组(LR组,80%妊娠营养需求)和高限饲组(HR组,60%妊娠营养需要)],每组5只。根据分组,饲喂全价日粮至分娩当天,后采集分娩当天3组母羊的颈静脉血液样品。测定血浆样品的葡萄糖、乳酸、β-羟基丁酸、尿素氮、总蛋白、血氨、白蛋白、总胆固醇和甘油三酯的含量,记录各组母羊产羔情况及羔羊体尺指标。LR组和HR组母羊的体重、羊羔的成活率、初生重及头臀长比NC组显著降低,而LR组与HR组相比无显著影响。分娩当天各组血浆生化指标结果显示:LR组和HR组的葡萄糖、尿素氮显著低于NC组;HR组母羊血液中乳酸、总蛋白、白蛋白、甘油三酯的浓度显著降低;各组血液中β-羟基丁酸、总胆固醇、血氨浓度均无显著的变化。结果表明:妊娠后期母羊的营养状况会影响胎羊的生长发育。当妊娠母羊营养供给不足时,不仅影响其自身的血液生化指标,也会造成羔羊的成活率和初生重降低,从而限制羔羊生长发育。At present,the research data on the nutritional requirements of ewe in the late gestation period of the Hu sheep,are still insufficient.In this study,the effects of nutritional restriction on the development of late gestation ewes and lambs were investigated through nutritional restriction of late gestation ewes.Fifteen pregnant Hu sheep were selected and randomly divided into 3 groups with 5 sheep in each group at 90 days of gestation:The control group(NC group,100%of pregnancy nutritional requirements),the low-restriction feeding group(LR group,80%of pregnancy nutritional requirements)and the high-restriction feeding group(HR group,60%of pregnancy nutritional requirements)were fed the full diet until the day of delivery according to the groups.Then,the jugular vein blood samples of ewes in the three groups were collected on the day of delivery.The contents of glucose,lactic acid,β-hydroxybutyric acid,urea nitrogen,total protein,serum ammonia,albumin,total cholesterol and triglyceride in plasma samples of three groups were determined.Lambing situation of three groups of ewe and body size index of lambs were recorded.Compared with the NC group,the weight of ewes,survival rate,birth weight and head and hip length of lambs in the LR and HR groups were significantly decreased,while there was no significant difference between the LR group and the HR group.Plasma biochemical indexes of each group on the day of delivery showed that glucose and urea nitrogen in LR group and HR group were significantly lower than those in NC group.The concentrations of lactic acid,total protein,albumin and triglyceride in blood of ewes in HR group were significantly decreased.There were no significant changes in serumβ-hydroxybutyric acid,total cholesterol and serum ammonia concentrations among the three groups.The results showed that the nutritional status of ewe in late pregnancy would affect the growth and development of fetus.When the nutritional supply of pregnant ewes is insufficient,it will not only affect their own blood bioche
