摘  要:通过不同公猪与岔路黑猪母猪进行配种,获得岔路黑猪纯种(岔岔)、大岔、长岔、杜岔、皮岔和巴岔6个组合。选取日龄相近,体重100 kg左右的子代肉猪进行屠宰,并对肉质指标进行测定分析。结果表明:在6个不同杂交试验组合中,杜岔生长速度最快、瘦肉率最高,岔岔肉质最佳。综上,杜岔为二元杂交最佳组合。Through the breeding of different boars and fork road black pig sows,six combinations of Chacha,Dacha,Changcha,Ducha,Picha and Bacha were produced.The offspring pigs with similar age and weight of about 100 kg were selected,and meat quality indexes were determined.The results showed that among the six hybrid experimental combinations,Ducha had the fastest growth rate,the highest lean meat percentage,and the best meat quality.Thus,Ducha was the best combination for binary hybridization.
