摘　　要：文化进步与媒体发展相辅相成、双向互动。从文化构成的三个层面,厘清制度文化与媒体融合的管理优化、物质文化与媒体融合的技术创新以及精神文化与媒体融合的传播重构之间的关系,论证媒体融合与新时代文化进步同频共振。在管理优化方面,需要坚持党性原则、强化人民性目标、健全“移动优先”机制,以满足群众的文化需求。在技术创新方面,需要为采编流程再造和媒体产业链刷新提供保障。在传播重构方面,需要转变语态、丰富样态、升级生态,以适应新时代的发展需求。总之,媒体融合应依从文化进步与媒体发展的双向互动关系,以组织为保障、以技术为引领、以传播为目标,打造新型主流媒体。Cultural progress and media development complement each other and interact in both directions.From the three levels of cultural composition,clarify the relationship between the management optimization of institutional culture and media integration,the technological innovation of material culture and media integration,and the dissemination reconstruction of spiritual culture and media integration,and demonstrate that media integration and cultural progress in the new era resonate in the same frequency.In terms of management optimization,it is necessary to adhere to the principle of the Party,strengthen the goal of people-oriented,and improve the“mobile priority”mechanism to meet the cultural needs of the masses.In terms of technological innovation,it is necessary to provide guarantees for the reengineering of the editorial process and the updating of the media industry chain.In terms of communication reconstruction,it is necessary to change voice,enrich diversity,and upgrade ecology to meet the development needs in the new era.In short,media integration should adhere to the two-way interactive relationship between cultural progress and media development,with organization as the guarantee,technology as the guide,and communication as the goal,to create a new type of mainstream media.
