摘 要:搅拌摩擦焊是一种新型固态连接工艺,能够克服传统熔化焊中的诸多缺点,具有接头质量高、绿色环保等优点,对于熔点较低的镁合金来说是一种优异的连接工艺.织构是影响搅拌摩擦焊接镁合金接头性能的一个重要因素,文中以搅拌摩擦焊接镁合金的织构为主线,分别对搅拌摩擦焊接镁合金过程中织构的形成、织构的分布、织构对焊缝力学性能的影响以及焊缝区域织构的调控进行了总结,并对相关问题进行了评述和展望.Friction stir welding is a solid-state joining process which can overcome some shortcomings in conventional fusion welding.It has many benefits for welding magnesium alloys with low melting point and high flammability.During friction stir welding,the stir pin rotates with a high speed and moves along welding direction.Then,severe plastic deformation and high temperature are achieved in the weld joint and have great effect on microstructure and texture of magnesium alloys.In magnesium alloys,the activation of deformation mechanism highly depends on texture type.Thus,the texture variation during friction stir welding has great effect on mechanical properties of the welding joint.In this review,the research and the development in texture formation and texture distribution during friction stir welding,and the effect of texture distribution on mechanical properties were described.The methods for regulating texture distribution are summarized and related problems are reviewed and prospected.
