摘　　要：中国新型政党制度是中国共产党、中国人民和各民主党派、无党派人士的伟大政治创造。中国新型政党制度具有强大生命力在于其孕育形成是以政治认同、党派合作为基础,以各民主党派与无党派人士对中国共产党的政治拥护、自觉和始终接受中国共产党的领导、共同创造中国新型政党制度为历史逻辑;在理论逻辑上体现坚持人民至上的价值支撑、坚持以习近平新时代中国特色社会主义思想凝心铸魂的思想根基、坚定新型政党制度自信的政治底气和致力促进政治大团结大联合的独特优势。新时代要以增强政治凝聚力为实践主题,以坚持“十六字方针”为实践原则,以坚持一致性和多样性相统一为实践要求、强化执政党和参政党建设相互促进为实践动力,更加全面绽放新型政党制度的强大生命力。China’s new-type political party system is a great political creation of the Communist Party of China,the Chinese people,democratic parties and personages without party affiliation.The strong vitality of China’s new type of political party system lies in the fact that it was conceived and formed on the basis of political identification and cooperation between parties,and based on the historical logic that the democratic parties and personages without party affiliation support the CPC,consciously and consistently accept the CPC’s leadership,and jointly create China’s new type of political party system.Theoretically and logically,China’s new type of political party system embodies the following unique advantages:upholding the value of putting the people first,sticking to ideological foundations of coagulating the heart and cast the soul with XI Jinping Thought on Socialism with Chinese characteristics for a new era,strengthening the confident political confidence of China’s new-type political party system and promoting political unity.In the new era,we should take enhancing political cohesion as the practical theme,the“16-character policy”as the practical principle,adhere to the consistency and diversity as the practical requirements,and strengthen the unity of the construction of the ruling party and participating parties as the practical driving force,so as to more fully display the strong vitality of the new political party system.
