“凯多芽”对茶叶品质及产量影响的技术研究

摘  要:本研究以‘白叶1号’茶树品种为试材,研究“凯多芽”有机水溶肥对茶树发芽数、芽长、百芽重、鲜茶产量及干茶品质的影响。结果表明,“凯多芽”有机水溶肥可以增加茶树发芽数、增加芽长及百芽鲜重、提高鲜茶产量、改善干茶品质,以喷施400倍稀释液为例,“凯多芽”处理较CK芽数增加34.2%;芽长增加16.8%;百芽鲜重增加12.4%;鲜茶产量增加22.7%;干茶茶多酚、咖啡碱、游离氨基酸含量分别增加11.5%、26.1%、14.0%;但水浸出物含量低8.78%;均与CK差异性显著。Tea cultivar'Baiye 1'was used as experimental material to study the effects of"Chito Ya"organic water-soluble fertilizer on shoot density,shoot length,weight per 100 shoots,fresh tea yield,and dry tea quality.The results showed that"Chito Ya"organic water-soluble fertilizer could increase the number of tea shoot density on plucking table,the length and weight of tea shoots,the yield of fresh tea,resulting in improvement of made tea quality.For example,in the treatment of 400-time diluted solution of"Chito Ya",the shoot density increased by 34.2%,shoot length increased by 16.8%,weight of 100 fresh shoots increased by 12.4%,and fresh shoot yield increased by 22.7%,compared to control.The content of polyphenols,caffeine,and free amino acids in the made tea increased by 11.5%,26.1%,and 14.0%,respectively.The content of water soluble extract was 8.78%lower than control.
