摘　　要：随着我国社会经济的快速发展,我国外观设计专利申请量快速增长,对外观设计专利检索需求快速提高,同时,随着各种互联网平台的多样化及广泛传播,越来越多的互联网证据被普遍使用到外观设计专利权评价报告以及无效宣告程序中,该文结合工作中遇到的实例对目前外观设计检索中常用的检索思路进行总结梳理,以期对外观设计领域的互联网检索实践有所帮助。With the rapid development of China’s social economy,the number of design patent applications in China has increased rapidly,and the demand for design patent search has increased rapidly.At the same time,with the diversification and wide spread of various Internet platforms,more and more Internet evidences are widely used in the design patent evaluation report and the invalidation procedure.This paper summarizes and combs the common ideas in the current design search with the examples encountered in the work,with a view to helping the Internet search practice in the field of design.
