摘  要:目的 比较监护仪体温传感器、非接触式红外线体温计与水银体温计体温测量值的差异性,为临床应用提供参考。方法 选取2021年9月—2022年8月在天津市某三级甲等医院发热门诊就诊的840例患者为研究对象,对患者同时使用监护仪体温传感器、非接触式红外线体温计与水银体温计进行体温测量,并比较三者间的差异。结果 3种体温计测量体温结果差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),分析发现,3种体温测量方法在夏季、冬季、发热组差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。以水银体温计测量结果为金标准,监护仪体温传感器、非接触式红外线体温计的灵敏度分别是94.444%、79.914%,特异度分别是99.731%、93.279%。监护仪体温传感测量结果的灵敏度、特异度均高于非接触式红外线体温计(P<0.05)。监护仪体温传感器、非接触式红外体温计测得体温值与水银体温计测得的体温值差值相比分别有1.19%(10/840)、2.62%(17/840)的点在95%一致性界限以外。结论 在临床应用中监护仪体温传感器更适合替代水银体温计进行体温监测。Objective To compare the differences in body temperature measurement values of monitor body temperature sensors,non-contact infrared thermometers and mercury thermometers,and provide a reference for clinical application.Methods We selected 840 patients who visited the fever clinic of a tertiary-level hospital in Tianjin from September 2021to August 2022 as the research subjects,use the monitor body temperature sensor,non-contact infrared thermometer and mercury thermometer to measure the patient's temperature at the same time,and compare the differences between the three.Results The differences in the body temperature measurement results of the three thermometers were statistically significant(P<0.05).The analysis found that the differences between the three body temperature measurement methods were statistically significant in summer,winter,and fever groups(P<0.05).Using mercury thermometer measurement as the only standard,the sensitivity that the monitor body temperature sensor and the non-contact infrared thermometer were 94.444% and 79.914% respectively,and the specificity was 99.731% and 93.279% respectively.The sensitivity and specificity of the measurement results of the monitor body temperature sensor were higher than those of the non-contact infrared thermometer(P<0.05).Compared with the difference between the body temperature value measured by the monitor body temperature sensor and the non-contact infrared thermometer and the temperature value measured by the mercury thermometer,1.19%(10/840) and 2.62%(17/840) of the points respectively are outside the 95% consistency limit.Conclusion In clinical applications,monitor body temperature sensors are more suitable to replace mercury thermometers for body temperature monitoring.
